The ORB will be supervising the kashering of metal keylim (pots and pans) at the JCC in Boca Raton this coming Sunday, March 25, 9:00 am until noon. Utensils must be spotlessly clean; take them apart if necessary. Note that frying pans and skillets generally require blow torching (libun gamur), which the mashgiach may or may not be in a position to do. Note also that certain items cannot be kashered; that will be at the discretion of the mashgiach in consultation with the ORB rabbis.
