Our Eruv has been expanded ....

The Anshei Emuna Eruv Committee is pleased to announce the completion of our New Eruv. The Eruv, a Halachik boundary allows the carrying of items needed for Shabbat outside of an individual’s personal domicile.

The Eruv extends from Atlantic Ave until Clint Moore just east of the Turnpike. The southern border weaves around Clint Moore until Maxwell then carries along Maxwell until Jog Road.  It crosses Jog Road south of Newport Bay and runs along the east side of Jog Road. It takes in the community of Azura and then runs along the canal adjacent to Polo Club going east meeting up with the canal on Syms Road. The Sims Road canal is followed north and goes around the east side of King’s Point and around Lakes of Delray until Atlantic Ave. It then continues along Atlantic Ave going west until the canal by the turnpike.

The Eruv also incorporates the Delray Community Hospital.

The Eruv Committee checks that all the Halachik requirements are in place each Friday and pronounce the Eruv kosher for Shabbat usage.
